Alfie House project - that started on 6th of September 2022 is an out of hospital project that provides supported accommodation for vulnerable people who are coming out of hospital and are at risk of being homeless.
We embrace the most vulnerable people in our communities and provide housing and support to those who are Vulnerably housed, Rough sleeping, Sofa surfing, Suffering from substance misuse, homelessness, and for women and young adults who are victims of (or affected by) domestic violence.
