Vishal,
On behalf of the entire Squadron, thank you for your extraordinary dedication, relentless hard work and exceptional service as our Training Officer and more recently, Adjutant.
Day in, day out, you have been an exceptional support and formed the backbone of this unit. This has been clearly visible to all, with the cadets wanting to recognise your impact on their lives and opportunities. Giving you the Galloway Award multiple times speaks volumes.

It is a true reflection of the respect, admiration, and gratitude every cadet, parent, and fellow member of the team feels for what you have done for 2418.

You leave a lasting mark on the squadron and will be really missed by us all.

I have no doubt you will make 138 Squadron a massive success and your new team will respect and follow you as those here have done.

Good luck,
On behalf of everyone at 2418 (Sherwood) Squadron.

This week, we said goodbye to Cpl Stuart, who joined us back in 2023 as a cadet and has worked his way up through the ranks to become a Cpl.
Throughout his cadet journey, Cpl Stuart has grown tremendously in confidence and has embraced every opportunity that has come his way. He has excelled in a wide range of activities, earning himself numerous badges and awards along the way. It has been a real pleasure watching you develop, grow in confidence and become the young man you are today.
Although your cadet journey with us is coming to an end, we hope the experiences, friendships and skills you have gained during your time with us stay with you. We wish you every success with your college course, and hope your journey with cadets continues to bring you many new opportunities, experiences and memories with your new squadron.
It has been a pleasure and a privilege to watch you grow throughout your time with us.
All the very best for the future.

Well done Cdt Rosendo who got 1 Bronze and 1 Silver shot and well done Sgt Walter who got 1 Silver shot.
