Greenheart

Greenheart Greenheart is a collective of passionate educators + crafts people, we provide education and connection in nature.

We nurture community and provide space for people to grow food and themselves. We teach permaculture, green woodworking + nature education We offer on site and mobile workshops in green woodworking and bushcraft skills. We build shelters/ structures, story telling areas, totem poles, sculptures and carvings and low impact eco builds. We also facilitate forest school days and workshops on environmental education.

Happy Spring Equinox. We had the best day in nature; foraging, barefoot walking, bird spotting and grabbing some much needed vitamin D from the sun. We snacked on sweet violet flowers, wild garlic and hawthorn leaves. We took home hogweed leafs, nettles and lots of wild garlic. The best bird spot was an exciting Green Woodpecker. Ladybirds, bees, bee-flies and lots of butterflies were spotted. All in the inner city woodland, Colwick Nature reserve. Spring is certainly here! 💚💚
