Bike stuck in the shed? Let's get it rolling again.

Our free Dr Bike sessions are at Lenton Abbey Park every Thursday lunchtime. Bring your bike along and our friendly Dr Bike team will check your brakes, gears and tyres, make minor adjustments, and give you advice on anything else it needs. Adults' and children's bikes are both welcome.

🙏 A small favour: these sessions are new and we'd love to see them full. If you live near Lenton Abbey or Beeston, please share this with friends and family who might want to use the free service. One share could get a neighbour back on their bike.

Want to cycle more as a family, but need somewhere safe and relaxed to practise?

Our free family inclusive sessions are completely off-road and designed to help everyone build their skills and confidence at their own pace. Our instructors are friendly, patient and there to help whenever it’s needed.

Sessions take place every Saturday at 11.30am at Lenton Abbey Park. Bikes and helmets are available to borrow.

The sessions are funded by National Highways as part of our local programme around the A52 between Priory Island and QMC.
