at stand to benefit. Our emphasis is on creating lasting change both in our target communities and in the volunteers we send to work with them. All IVJ placements combine on-the-ground engagement with integrated training for a recognised ILM qualification. Our mix of vocational as well as experiential personal development sets us apart in our field. As does our commitment to personal coaching and online learning with some of the most respected practitioners in their field.
