It's and the theme for this year is . The sheds light on how important connecting with nature is for our mental health. Including that more than half of adults in the UK say that connecting with nature has improved their mental health.

How do you connect with nature?...
..going on a ?..doing some ?..watching the ?..looking through your window?

If you don't already it's never too late to start! There are so many ways to take a break from the busyness of life and enjoy the nature around us. Maybe do something different this year in #2021 and see if making a small change may impact your mental health in the long run 😊🌺

Change is a constant procress, life changes such becoming a parent or moving away from 'home' are just 2 examples of many which can change the way you think, feel and act.
