Independent Voices for Engagement We're an independent organisation providing pathways to ensuring meaningful service user and carer engagement in health and social care services.

We are Laura Marano, Niki Rippon, Karen Archer, Jen Baughan and Paula Torres-Silva. IVE is a totally independent and neutral social enterprise. We are building on 13 years of experience in service user/carer involvement. The IVE directors have ready build networks with vulnerable adult service user/carer groups and forums as well as statutory health and social care providers and partnerships in th

e voluntary sector. We are gathering the evidence to roll out a sustainable model for service user/carer engagement. This is driven by adapting to recommendations from commissioners and service users/carers ideas and ambitions in Nottingham area. Currently we are facilitating and supporting carers of people with learning disabilities across the City and Greater Nottingham. IVE is also the only independent provider for partnership networks between local authorities, service providers and people living with HIV across Nottinghamshire.
