✨Healthy Start🥦

Trying to make your toddler’s meals as healthy as you can? Finding a veggie they love is such an achievement. If your little one is under four and you get certain benefits, NHS Healthy Start could help with the cost of those healthy options.

Find out more about what you could get, go to
👉https://www.healthystart.nhs.uk/what-you-should-buy/

You can use your Healthy Start card to collect free vitamins from many of our Family Hubs. If you are not eligible for Healthy Start, you can buy vitamins more cheaply than you will find them in most shops.
