On Tue, 20 Oct 2026, Ubuntu Speakers will mark the third anniversary of our very first meeting.

We will revisit early memories, celebrate key milestones, and share personal stories from members about their growth and experiences. It is a heartfelt moment to look back - and a wonderful chance for newer members and guests to hear inspiring insights from our long-standing members.

We warmly welcome everyone - members and guests alike. We meet at the Wollaton Park Community Centre, 15 Harrow Road, NG8 1FG. Doors open at 06:00pm and the meeting begins at 06:30pm.

Join us to celebrate this special occasion, enjoy uplifting speeches, and feel inspired.

A brilliant day for Ubuntu Speakers Nottingham at District 71 – Division E Club Officer Training.

On 1 August 2026, Stanton under Bardon Village Hall hosted this year’s Club Officer Training, and Ubuntu Speakers Nottingham was proudly represented by three of our officers: Marlies (Vice President Education), Heidi (Sergeant at Arms), and Anna (VPPR).
It was a fantastic day of learning, connection, and inspiration. The training offered space to reflect on our club’s successes, identify areas to strengthen, and gather fresh ideas to bring back to our members. It was also a wonderful reunion with colleagues from clubs across the Division E — always a highlight.

We are delighted to share that Ubuntu Speakers Nottingham has been awarded the Certificate for Distinguished Club, a testament to the dedication, growth, and spirit of our members.
