🧡 This is an important one for Nottingham families.
There have been changes to HAF eligibility, and we know that may mean some families who have previously relied on funded holiday provision are now finding themselves in a really difficult position.
We have experience of single-parent life within our own team, so when we say we understand the school-holiday childcare juggle, we genuinely mean it.
But there’s something we really want families to know. 👇
🌲 Urban Bushcraft is now Ofsted registered.
That means eligible working families receiving Universal Credit may be able to book our holiday clubs as registered childcare and claim back up to 85% of their eligible childcare costs through Universal Credit.
So if you’ve recently discovered your child is no longer eligible for HAF, please don’t automatically assume you’re out of options.
