What do we do when there’s thunderstorms quite literally overhead ⚡️⛈️, evacuation isn’t the safest option and we’ve got 15 slightly terrified children trying to enjoy their last day of Holiday Clubs?!

WELL… we huddle together, stick a bitta Bob Marley on 🎶, cook up a batch of Carmen’s famous pancakes 🥞 and remain C A L M 🧘😆

Safe to say, Holiday Clubs went out with an actual BANG ⚡️ 😎

This one’s for our Home Ed community! 🌿 🌸

For all of those who have helped with our woodland conservation efforts - particularly pulling Himalayan balsam THIS is why we’ve been doing it!

It’s really hard to explain to the children just how brilliantly (and violently 😂) Himalayan balsam disperses its seeds until you actually see it happen.

Those little seed pods quite literally EXPLODE, firing their seeds out around them and helping the plant spread like CRAZY through the woodland. 💥🌱

Feel free to show this to any of our crew who have been involved in our balsam-bashing missions this year - they can see for themselves exactly what we’ve been trying to stop!

And hopefully feel pretty proud knowing they’ve played a part in looking after the woodland too. 🧡

Another fantastic day for our Holiday Club crew 🔥🧡

Dance competitions 🪩 Mini expeditions 🧭 and a visit to the BEST neighbours in the world, .acres, where the children got to spend time with some very special animals. 🐐🐴🐓 🐷

Honestly… the smiles say it all. 🥹

We’re SO SO lucky to work alongside Alternative Acres and be able to offer experiences like this. It’s not every day children get the chance to slow down, connect with animals and ask ALL the questions

We were so proud of every single one of them today. The kindness, respect and gentle way they treated the animals was just lovely to see. These are the moments they’ll remember long after the summer holidays are over. 🌿🧡

Day 1 of our holiday club programme ✅ DONE

It’s been one adventure after another and we’ve got two brilliant days still to come this week 🙌🧡

⚠️ If you’ve been thinking about booking… now’s your chance

🚨 Tomorrow is now FULLY BOOKED with just 3 spaces remaining for Friday!

🐐 Tomorrow we’re heading over to visit our friends (and neighbours) at Alternative Acres farm
💦 And on Friday we’ll be making our way down to the stream for pond dipping and water safety adventures

Our Summer Holiday Club runs every Wednesday, Thursday & Friday throughout the holidays, and spaces are disappearing fast.

Lots of families are also making the most of Tax-Free Childcare and Universal Credit childcare support, making summer adventures even more affordable 😎

Well… we barely had time to blink and somehow our busiest term yet has come to an end. 🤯🧡

Private groups, birthday parties, kings trust, drop-off sessions, 1:1 expeditions, team building, community events… and our Home Ed sessions that have been consistently selling out almost as soon as they’re released !!!

What a WILD ride 🌪️

Our social media may have dropped off into the abyss but we certainly haven’t 🔥

I genuinely couldn’t have done it without this incredible bunch. 🧡 (Plus a few legends behind the scenes… especially Louise, who basically became CEO while Eddie and I disappeared off to America! 😂)

This photo is a pretty accurate representation of running a business. 👽 A little bit chaotic, a little bit surreal….but always a brilliant adventure with the right people by my side

To every family, school, business and organisation that’s trusted us this term… thank you. We never take it for granted, and we’re so excited for everything that’s still to come.

Monday kicked off with our Home Ed Drop Off session… combining survival skills, campfire cooking, teamwork and a little military-style escape and evasion 😎💪

Then on Tuesday, another SOLD OUT Home Ed Families

We’ve got just 2 tickets left for next Tuesday! 🚨

These sessions are selling out almost as soon as they’re released at the moment, and honestly… we’re blown away by how much our Home Ed community is loving them ❤️

Next week, Kirsty’s back with a Woodland Mini Sports Day! 💪🏅 as requested by one of our families 🧡

Because Home Ed children shouldn’t miss out on all the sports day fun 😉 Expect woodland challenges, teamwork….and yes, there may (or may not 😏) be a cheeky parents’ challenge too!
