So happy here today, as we share the news that we have been able to help the awesome with a donation of £500 to support their 2026 Grant Applications.

The Lewis Sewell Trust are a small Grant-making Charity that was established to honour the final wishes of an extraordinary young man to provide support for young aspiring actors, performers and creatives in Lewis’s memory.

The Trust funds young people from working class backgrounds who want to per-sue their dreams in the creative industries by providing financial and moral support.

We give a massive shoutout to the Legend that is, Lewis’s Mum, Gillian Sewell DL FRSA, the Sewell Family and the whole team that have created this fabulous legacy for Lewis.

You all know that here we strive to put smiles back on faces in memory of our Beautiful Boy Adam and one of the ways we do that is by supporting young people in the music/creative space and try to help them realise their dreams.

To watch your child grow and develop new skills and talent that really ignites them, gives them confidence, direction and drive is truly magical… to then be left with the heartache of never seeing them realise their dreams and potential that they were so clearly meant to achieve, is like no other pain you can imagine.

The continued hope for both our Charities is that dreams will come to fruition and talent will shine through and be a direct and forever connection to our “Forever Stars” , Lewis & Adam

Hi Everyone 👋🏻 Bev here, Adams Mum 👋🏻

We love being able to share our special memories of our Beautiful Boy Adam and letting our supporters see where Donations go and the positive impact they have made.

We love it even more when we are contacted by new supporters and asked if they can raise funds for us or donate to our Foundation.

However, the emotions go into serious overload, when we get a message from one of Adam’s mates to ask if he could raise money for Adam’s Foundation by running a marathon!

It’s 6 years now, without our beautiful boy and we watch the world carry on without him. We know only too well that life goes on and everybody moves along with their own journey’s.

So when we get lovely messages from Adams friends who are all working hard, partying hard 😄👍🏻, enjoying their 21st Birthdays and have such busy lives, we are always taken aback when they tell us how much they miss Adam and still think about him a lot.

As I sit here, happy-sad tears running down my face, I wanted to share this moment of pure respect and appreciation for Adam’s mate Dan Hardy who will be running the Leeds Marathon in May 2027.

This is such a massive undertaking and we are so proud of him for doing this in memory of our Beautiful Boy 🫶🏻

Maybe you’d like more information on our Right Beside Me charitable fund…

For the last few years we have been producing memorial gifts. These items have been sent out to individuals or families suffering through grief. Each person was nominated by a friend, relative, work colleague. And the love this received was heartwarming 🥰

But we wanted to do more!
So we introduced our monthly coffee mornings.
Living with complicated grief, trauma based grief, loss of a younger person, or a loved one gone far too soon. These things leave us struggling to cope
Being surrounded by people who truly understand your circumstances can be so helpful.
We have a counsellor join us every few sessions to help with guidance and support. All of these things have such a positive impact

Adam loved taking photos and capturing his favourite things.. I still don’t know how he got Blaze to sit still back then though! 😸

6 years without our Beautiful Boy 😔

The Love, Light, Laughter and Music to our lives, taken away from us so horrifically.

We think about you and miss you every waking moment and dream about you and your precious smiling face all the time.

No words can ever describe the pain of losing a child, those words just don’t exist.
