There'll be the regular reading slot to start with, your prose and poetry of a given theme. This month's is: It's a C*ck Up!

After the break it will be any other readings, and don't forget a pen, or something to write with as we always have a quick writing challenge.
Meeting fee: £2

We meet in the bar for the first 30-40 minutes, then it's downstairs into the basement for the meeting. Hope to see you there...

If you can identify why, that's good too.

We had a fun and creative afternoon today (27th February) with the character chemistry mini-workshop.

The romance writers used their own characters in the planned writing exercises. While everyone else, paired up with the person next to them, and were given two character profile cards for those same exercises.
There was inspiration, mystery, and even potential fictional crimes being created as a result. And there was definitely character chemistry going on...

We're looking forward to hearing how these develop in stories, later this year...

Our next meeting is the 14th March, at The Lord Roberts.
