A loved one being affected by cancer can take a huge toll on your mental health and well being.

Feelings of fear, sadness, anger and anxiety are all extremely common reactions to a cancer diagnosis. It is essential to acknowledge and address these emotions.

Supporting your own or a child's mental health during a cancer diagnosis is possible with the right help and support.

And please always remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness ๐Ÿ’™

A huge thank you to Jack and the team at Inter Legends FC for putting together such a great squad, and to every player who dedicated their time and energy to making the event possible. Weโ€™re incredibly grateful for your support and for helping to make the evening such a memorable one.

Thank you to all the lads who played for The James Anthony Foundation. Weโ€™re so grateful to every one of you for giving your time, getting involved and supporting the charity. You all did amazing as always.

A massive thank you to IV Creative for being our kit sponsor and for creating and donating our matchday programmes. Weโ€™re incredibly grateful.
