Learn Chi Kung in Nottingham!

What is Chi Kung/Qigong?

☯️ Chi Kung is a system of coordinated body-posture and soft, slow movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality and wellbeing

☯️ Long-term practice of qigong exercise may help in maintaining satisfactory health and preventing and treating illness. Qigong exercise has been reported to influence depression, stress, anxiety symptoms, chronic pain, immunity, infection, and quality of life

☯️ Tuesday evening we incorporate a set of movements incorporated with breathing to rejuvenate, heal the body, strengthen the immune system and provide a feeling of energy and relaxation.

Adult classes (any age) run every Tuesday from 7.30pm at Wollaton.
No floor, exercises. All movement can be done standing (or seated if required)

Group and private tuition is available.

You may think you need lots and lots of years to be proficient at Kung fu and that all masters are very old and have long white beards (MYTH, for films only!)
The good news is you actually don't.
Yes you will get better at it in time, but our teaching method will get you proficient quickly, giving you more confidence just by following some basic methods.
Even the late great Bruce Lee studied praying mantis kung as part of developing his own style.
Our adult beginners classes run each Thursday from 8pm at Wollaton.

What you don't need!
