Last Day of Summer Club 2026 😭😭

We have had the most awesome time with the young people that attended Summer Club this year 😍they truly were a lovely group!

So much fun has been had, today's lunch was a delicious BBQ including jumbo sausages, burgers, chicken and salads, not forgetting brownies and cookies for dessert 😋😋

To finish off the club we had a banging Disco from playing the latest hits with lights flashing and beats pumping...Lee from kindly donated his time and awesome skills to our Summer Club young people, this is the second year he has generously done this for us, Thank you Lee 🤗

Thank you to all our funders, staff, supporters and young people its been another fantastic year, looking forward to Summer Club 2027 😜

Summer Club - Mexican Day 🌮🌞

Today we had Mexican Day as our Summer Club theme, complete with Tacos, Fajita's, Salsa, Guacamole, and Cheesy Nachos. For dessert we had scrummy crispy Churros and chocolate sauce🌯🍫🥑😋😋

As the temperatures have dropped slightly we were able to get across to the park to burn some energy and play some games ⚽🏈

Thank you to Anguish's Educational Foundation, Awards For All National Lottery and the CSJ for funding this great opportunity for local young people 🤗

Week 2 of Summer Club 🌞

Yesterday we had a Chinese themed lunch 😋

The young people helped to create a delicious banquet of Sweet and Sour Chicken, Vegetable noodles, Sticky Chicken, Spring Rolls, Egg fried rice and Prawn Crackers!

We also had a scrummy Sticky Ginger Cake for dessert 🫚

Carpentry were making gorgeous wooden Bird Boxes, Art created more amazing canvas paintings, Bricklaying got their hands dirty building towers and Mechanics tinkered with mopeds and cars 🧱🛵🪵🎨
