Our Story
Oak Grove Community Church has always had a passion for the children in our community and to provide them with exciting, fun-filled events. We often speak to adults who remember our kid’s activities from when they were children!!
Below are the activities that were currently do - we’d love to see you there!
Kidz Klub is our free event held in school holidays for children between the ages of 4 and 11. We provide a fun packed safe environment, with various activities based on biblical themes and positive lifestyle issues. Our aim is to challenge and inspire children, and to get them thinking about life, God and church in a fun way, whilst getting to know and support them and their families. We use stories, music, games, crafts and a range of other activities each session. These events are supported by Food (and Fun) In School Holidays (FISH) to also provide each child and their parent(s) a hot meal during each session. Check out our events for the next Kidz Klub.
Movie Mornings are exactly what you’d think they are - we show a movie (often just out on DVD), provide drinks and popcorn and play games. These events are held on the first Saturday of the month at Oak Grove Community Church, 10-12 and are free. Parents are welcome to stay and have a cuppa!
