Happy World Food Day 🥕

Food is more than fuel. It nourishes us, brings us together and can turn ordinary days into celebrations. Everyone in our community should be able to enjoy it.

This year’s theme is “Innovate today. Nourish tomorrow.” Here in Norwich, that looks like fresh food on our Social Supermarket shelves, cooking sessions at our Community Café on Hall Road, and a kitchen that makes good ingredients go further.

Through our food and our spaces, we help people in Norwich to eat well, live well, and feel connected.

Want to be part of it? Visit our cafés. Every coffee, sausage roll and slice of cake supports the work we do. ☕

It's National Baking Week!

This annual celebration encourages people of all ages and skill levels to embrace the joy of baking.

It's the perfect excuse to have a go at that recipe you've been desperate to try, share your creations with friends or head to and get yourself a freshly baked slice of raspberry and white chocolate sponge!

Remember, all proceeds go to helping Norwich eat well, live well, and feel connected.

A massive THANK YOU to The Insurance Institute of Norwich! 🧡

Their sold-out Masquerade Ball at The Assembly House raised a fantastic £1,275 for The Feed. 🎭

It’ll go towards our Social Supermarket, community cafés and workshops, all helping the people of Norwich eat well, live well and feel connected.

Thank you to everyone who dressed up, came along and gave so generously.

The Operations and People Manager role is our second release following the Finance Manager role you'll also spot a little further down the feed.
