This year our charity was invited by The Right Reverend Graham Usher, the Bishop of Norwich, to attend a lunch in celebration of the work of Norfolk and Waveney Charities. Sadly, the weather was not kind to us but we were able to get a quick glimpse of the beautiful garden before heading to the marque to be served lunch. Joined by family carers, we enjoyed meeting other invited charity representatives. It was a real pleasure to be invited

Our Adult Social Group recently enjoyed a lovely riverside walk in Norwich, catching up on news and general chit-chat. At the end of the walk, members enjoyed a refreshing drink at the Adam and Eve pub. As the oldest pub in Norwich, it has a fascinating history. A big thank you to Joan Smith and all the people who supported our fundraiser at St. Mary's Church, Attleborough on Saturday, 23rd May.
Joan and her team of supporters raised funds for Asperger East Anglia, selling books, jigsaws, bric-a-brac, and had a raffle with plenty of prizes all generously donated by everyone involved in the event.
Some of the supporters baked and sold some delicious cakes and along with other donations generously given on the day they raised almost £290 for which we are very grateful.

Staff from Asperger East Anglia's A Shop would like to thank Russell Circus for the complimentary tickets to attend their spectacular show in Beccles at the weekend. Staff and carers enjoyed a wonderful performance of fun and daring high wire acts. The show is moving onto Lowestoft and we wish all the performers well.
