Hi all, so we felt like we should put something out about NYE as we’ve had a few questions.

We started the Barford Social to bring the village together when we had no pub, trying to recreate a heartbeat of the village. We’ve loved the years bringing you some amazing food, booze and music but post Covid freedom meant dwindling numbers so we reduced the amount of events we put on.

The last event we put on didn’t bring the numbers we expected and for the first time since we started, we lost money! That means no money for our nominated charities, and despite the hard work of the few that always turn up to put the event on, it felt really disappointing.

So, we’ve decided that this New Years Eve we’re having the year off. This isn’t the end of the but it is for this year! We hope you have a great Christmas and New Year and we’ll see you all next year!

Yes, it’s the amazing festival Elvis band ….

This Saturday from 830pm, Elvis is back in the building!!!!! The fabulous Blue Sueders with their amazing set to entertain. Always a great night.

Run Norwich 2024 done! Finley did great on the first ever Junior mile and I got around in my 4th quickest time this year…so I’ll take that!
