This is Hobbit ...

Hobbit had gotten herself stuck in this pipe! Nobody knows how long she was there for but thank goodness she was found and good job done by Paul on getting her out and to me as soon as possible 👍

Fortunately she was in good body condition but she was closely monitored and poo 💩 samples checked for a few days to make sure she was ok ... Thankfully she was 😊

Hobbit was 342g when she arrived on 28th September. On 1st October she was up to 384g and transferred to a fosterer to gain weight before release

This could have been such a different story. Please please please be wildlife aware with holes , drains , fires , strimming .... Each life is so precious 💞

Houdini was transferred to foster care on 28th September weighing 564g

He also developed ringworm, losing hair on his belly, so is currently receiving treatment for that whilst at his foster home

Fingers crossed all clears up soon so he can be released 😁

Sad Post Incoming 😭

After 17 days in care , River lost his fight 😭

Just hours before passing he was making me chuckle with his attempts to escape his holding box 😆
He was such a cheeky little hog

Despite my best efforts and his fight , it just wasn't meant to be 😭

Goodbye River x

Imera

She arrived at 199g with fleas , ringworm and was a little underweight and dehydrated

Poo sample 💩 showed Fluke , Cap (Roundworm eggs) and Lungworm

Treatment is well underway and after 4 days she is up to 244g

New arrival this week is this little lady ...

Hedgie

Arrived at 176g with 100s of fleas, skinny , dehydrated and ringworm (hair loss). She was so weak she couldn't stand properly..... Couldn't even squat to go to the toilet 😢

Poo samples show Fluke , Roundworm (Cap) and Lungworm

Treatment has started, there has been some small improvements and she is now up to 202g

It's not easy with ringworm. It's a lengthy process and the medications needed are very expensive. If you can and would like to help with a donation, its always very much appreciated.
