Our sessions are relaxed, practical and suitable for all levels, from beginners through to more advanced learners.

Different Day | Depression Peer Support

We’d like to reintroduce you to Different Day, our peer support group for people experiencing depression.

Led by our fantastic volunteers Lee, Nicole and Jack, Different Day is a warm and welcoming space where you can come along, feel heard and spend time with people who understand.

There’s a chance to chat and share how your week has been, but there’s no pressure to speak. You can simply sit, listen, have a cuppa and be yourself.

You don’t have to face things alone. 💙

Our next Autistic Adults Social Group is coming up this Thursday 8th October at The Shoebox Community Hub in Norwich.

The group is a welcoming and inclusive space to meet other autistic people, share experiences and interests and enjoy some time together.
