ASSIST FEST!!!! 🎸🎙️🎉🎉🎉 Today from 12pm - 5pm!!!!

We're excited to say we'll have the Lord Mayor of Norwich getting things started at 12pm with officially opening our new building at our Heath Gardens. 🎍🏡🧑‍🌾

Then there's a full day of inclusive workshops and performances, raffle, tombola, BBQ, games and all round fun to be had!

*Please Share* REMINDER Friday night is Bingo night at the Community Centre. Doors open at 7.00pm with eyes down for the first game at 8.00pm. Entry is 20p per person, bingo books are 50p per book which gives you 8 games. Everyone welcome, including children if accompanied by a playing adult. Please arrive by 7.45pm at the latest to register to play. New members always welcome, come and join our friendly, affordable bingo group!

This is a FREE drop-in session for local residents with dementia, alzheimers, memory loss and similar conditions. Everyone welcome, no booking needed! For more details call / text 07834 436272.

Revisit your childhood with old-school classics such as Scrabble, Boggle, Connect 4, Ludo, Monopoly, Othello, Chess and Draughts. Or play new games you may not have heard of including Shoot For The Stars, Magnetism, i-Know, Tension, The Logo Game, Qwirkle and BrainFart!

Interested in volunteering with The Feed?

We are hosting volunteer days next Monday and Tuesday from 10:30am-12:30pm at our Community Cafe, and would love for you to join us!

What's involved:

- Learn about the work we do as a charity
- Hear about our venues services we run
- Explore the roles available across our services
- Ask any questions about volunteering you may have

There is no pressure or commitment - just a chance to come visit and see whether volunteering with The Feed feels right for you.

Please come by 10:30am so you don't miss anything!
