On Thursday evening we had a fascinating underground tour of Norwich's Hidden Streets. Our guide related incredible stories dating back to Norman Times, when the construction of Norwich Castle eventually led to the creation of the underground dwellings, inhabited by generations of Norwich working folk.

Last weeks speaker was Tom Chapman, CEO of the charity 'Its on the Ball', which provides support to men with testicular cancer. Tom was both informative and extremely funny. It is most common in men aged 18 to 30 years, who often aren’t aware of the dangers but it can attack at any age. If caught early, there is a 95% chance of cure. Despite this, out of the 2,500 men diagnosed in UK, 65 die each year because it is either not diagnosed or it is left too late.
So, Tom goes 'anywhere he is asked' to raise awareness of the issue, and, as someone who has recovered from the condition, he speaks from experience. The photos are from Tom's website with his permission. Many thanks Tom!
