Quick reminder that our next meet at Albion Games Cafe is taking place on Friday 26th June from 5-9:30pm. I hope to see as many people there as possible so if you've somehow missed it until now, make sure you respond to the event to receive reminders nearer the time 🙂 and please feel free to invite others too! Some of us from NAG went to visit the latest Stamford Peterborough Amiga Group meet yesterday, organised by Karl at Retro32 and what a great day it was! The place was buzzing - lots of interesting hardware (not all Amiga-related but we'll let them off...), loads of people and a fantastic atmosphere. A really enjoyable day. Tonight is my final stream for a few weeks as I take a well-earned break, but before that, it seemed fitting to mark the occasion with a request stream. Despite finally playing every single Amiga Action coverdisk on stream, there's still time for me to take a fond look back at some of my favourite demos, PD games and other little oddities we found along the way (including some demos of unreleased games). Although there's less in the way of notable items than the other two mags we've looked at before, hopefully there's still enough for a reasonable length stream. Here's hoping eh?

Hi to all our - in case you didn't see before, our next NAG meet - Norwich Amiga Group Meet #63 - is happening at Albion Games Cafe on 26th June. As ever, it is open to all so just turn up on the night, although please purchase some food or drink from the Cafe to support them in hosting our events 🙂

There is no requirement to bring anything with you but the more hardware we can have on display and for people to use, the better. If you have anything that's causing you headaches and want someone else to have a look then feel free to bring that too!

Please respond to the event page if you can too, to help us get a better idea of numbers, to push the event out further and if you can invite others that can also be very helpful.

Tonight we're taking yet another trip back to the glorious year of 1995. Not so glorious for the Amiga of course, but that doesn't mean there are no games to try out. Indeed there are plenty of good ones, plenty of valiant ones and also plenty of utterly abominable ones. Spoiler: no games in the first two categories made it into Escom's Amiga Magic bundle. Come and see which game is which later on...

A reminder to all that we will be exhibiting at the Norwich Games Festival for the final three days of the event, starting tomorrow (or Thursday depending on when you get shown this post). Do come and see us as we will have several machines out for people to play with, and happy to have a chat too 🙂

If you haven't been to a group meet yet or got involved with us too much generally then do stop by to say hello! I hope it gives you an idea of what we are all about and plenty of hardware and games to have fun with while you're there!

Any Head Over Heels fans out there? You may or may not be aware of a brand new HOH adventure, Return to Blacktooth, which was recently released on the ST and Amiga, with the latter being ported by H0ffman and published by Thalamus. So why not come and check it out with me on stream tonight? PLUS: an absolute shedload more new Amiga games, plus updates and work-in-progress demos - seriously, there's far too much to squeeze into one stream...
