We've published an update on the home care principal provider transition in South Norfolk.

Following communication from our members, NorCA raised concerns with the Local Authority.

Key outcomes so far:
✅ Direct client contact has now taken place
✅ Some clients are choosing to stay with their existing provider
✅ NCC has committed to reviewing its approach to future transitions
