We’re recruiting: Mid-Retirement Navigator
A new role with a new idea and one we’re excited about! We’re delighted to have been selected to take part in an Age UK national pilot.
We’re looking for a Mid-Retirement Navigator to support people in their early to mid-70s as they explore the different choices and possibilities available to them at this stage of life.
The role will involve having meaningful conversations around things such as:
- Health and wellbeing
- Future care needs
- Family and relationships
- Personal goals and aspirations
This is a brand-new service being piloted across six Age UK organisations, so the successful candidate will become part of a peer network and have an opportunity to help shape the service from the ground up.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a regulated industry, such as financial, debt or legal services, where you are familiar with pensions, insurance and consumer products.
