SYEP runs youth projects for young adults between the ages of 11-17 and 18-24 years old. We provide a safe space for teens to socialise, meet new friends and learn new skills. Our youth group runs on a Tuesday in Sprowston and on a Thursday in Old Catton. Our youth team offer support and advice that remains completely confidential. We offer help with drug and alcohol issues, sexual health, mental

health and emotional well being. As for facilities, we have:
- Xbox
- Nintendo Wii
- Ipad
- Table tennis
- Fuseball
- Tuck shop
- Various board games
- Arts & craft
…plus plenty more!

Available Races:

5k — £15

2.5k Fun Run — £10

Participation: You can run, jog, or walk.

Medals: ALL finishers will receive a medal.

Who Can Join: Open to all ages (SYEP members, attendees, volunteers, families, and the general public).
