We want to let you know that the annual Christmas baubles are now up in Tyrrels wood. Take a bauble with you for your woodland walk and add them to the 400+ that are already hanging. We like to write the kids name and year on ours so we can find them again each year.

What budding archaeologists we had this morning! They discovered many different types of dinosaurs 🦕 that used to roam Tyrrel’s Woods.

They found fossils, unearthed remains, matched skeletons to the complete dinosaurs, made lovely homes for their new miniature pets 🦖 and even had time for some games of ‘creeping dinosaurs’.

What a wonderful walk in the woods! 😄

Todays woodland explorers found all the fairy/elf 🧚‍♂️ houses and left them food and tiny umbrellas ☂ ready for their celebrations this evening.

We made our own fishing rods, just like the wood elves, and practiced catching fish 🎣.

Finally, we sung songs over our homemade magical fairy soups 🥣 to help start off the celebrations.

All in a hard days work of a Little Imaginations explorer ❤️
