Our second weekly school lottery draw is TONIGHT!

Our lottery is off to a fantastic start, and our numbers are growing!

🎟️ Last week: 28 players and a £7 local prize
🎟️ This week: 30 players and a £7.50 local prize!

💰 The more players we have, the bigger our local weekly prize grows! And don’t forget, every ticket also gives you the chance to win the £25,000 jackpot!

We’ve already raised £23.20 directly for our school.

A special thank you to last week’s winner, Mr P, who very kindly donated his £7 winnings straight back to the school. What a lovely gesture!

Not playing yet? There’s still time to join!

You may spot some new table tennis bats and balls in the village!

The Friends made a one-off donation to replace the damaged bats and balls so that the children of Aldborough Primary School, along with the rest of the community, can continue to enjoy the table, which we’re grateful to the village for maintaining.

We hope everyone enjoys them 🏓

A joy to be part of such a quintessential village gathering at Sunday’s Village Fayre, with the wonderful sense of community spirit that makes Aldborough so special — neighbours coming together, past and present pupils and parents, all supporting the school and celebrating village life.

Congratulations to the winner of our 100 square fundraiser — number 33!

Thank you also to everyone who kindly donated plants for the stall 🌿

Bolwick Hall was very kind to us!

Drum roll 🥁 please…..

*We raised £1505 profit (after expenses).
The amount needed for a much needed new school hall 100” TV!

The day’s takings surpassed all of our expectations and it came with the bonus of great company and glorious weather!

A BIG thank you to;

• Bolwick Hall for having us and providing the opportunity to run a significant fundraising event, with the most stunning backdrop too!

• our very own Tracey who spent extra time in the kitchen baking the delicious traybakes - which completely sold out 10mins before close!

• and of course all our parent volunteers who made it look like we do pop-up cafes every day of the week!

So many visitors shared fond memories and stories of their connection to Aldborough Primary. It was impossible not to feel proud to be part of the latest chapter in the school’s long and special history.

Thanks to everyone who came along and supported our school. We’re incredibly happy 😊
