After 8 wonderful years, we wanted to share some important news about Earlham Road Playgroup.
From September 2026, the playgroup will be handed over to the fantastic Family Team at the church, who will continue to provide a welcoming space for local families to connect, play and grow together.
We teamed up to simply maintain a friendly, affordable place where parents, carers and pre school children could find community, friendship and support. Over the years we have welcomed hundreds of families through the doors, watched babies take their first steps, celebrated milestones, shared countless cups of tea and built something that has become incredibly special to us.
We are so proud of what the playgroup has become and grateful to every family, volunteer and supporter who has been part of the journey. It has been a privilege to be part of so many children’s early years and to support local families through the ups and downs of family life.
While it is bittersweet to step back after 8 years, we are delighted that the playgroup has a bright future ahead with the church’s Family Team, and we hope it will continue to thrive for many years to come.
Thank you for being part of our story. We have loved every minute.🌈
