We run curated markets across Norwich, showcasing work from emerging and established creatives, with a focus on supporting women, non-binary people + LGBTQ+ creatives

Applications for all of our 2026 markets are now officially CLOSED! ♥️

Missed the deadline? Fear not - our Waiting List is open! (No we can’t sneak another application in, we’re already processing applications soz!)

If you’d still love to join us for Autumn or Christmas, fill out the form via the link in our bio and we’ll get in touch if:

a) a space becomes available, and
b) you feel like the right fit for the Fierce Babe universe 🪱

If you applied during the main application window but don’t get allocated a stall, you’ll automatically be added to the Waiting List, so there’s no need to apply again. We will be going through applications over the next few days 💖

Autumn + Christmas trader applications close TOMORROW 💘

Fancy joining us as a trader for one of our final two markets of 2026?

We’re looking for independent makers, artists, designers, food + drink businesses and thoughtfully curated sellers to join us at The Shoe Factory.

Applications are open to everyone. We give priority to makers who identify as women, trans, non-binary or gender non-conforming, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

What does that mean in practice? If we’re choosing between two very similar applications, we’ll prioritise someone from one of these marginalised communities. If you don’t fall into these groups, you should absolutely still apply. You are very much welcome here 💞

🍂 Autumn Market: 3–4 October
🎄 Christmas Market: 28–29 November
📍 The Shoe Factory, Norwich

One application covers both markets, and you can let us know on the form which dates you’d like to trade.

Knowing who made your stuff? Kinda chic 💅💖

One of our favourite things about shopping small is knowing there’s a person behind what you’re buying: the artist who designed it, the potter who threw it, the jeweller who made it, the illustrator who drew it.

Fierce Babe is a market for independent makers, artists and creatives, and we take that seriously. We don’t accept dropshipping, reselling or mass-produced products passed off as handmade.

Know where your stuff comes from. Support independent makers. Very chic, actually.

APPLICATIONS EXTENDED! 💥💖

We were originally planning to close applications tomorrow, but then realised we won’t actually see each other to start going through them until next week… so we may as well keep them open! 😂

You now have until 12pm on Wednesday 12 August to apply to trade at our Autumn and Winter Fierce Babe Markets 🍂✨🎄

We’re looking for artists, illustrators, ceramicists, jewellery makers, slow-fashion designers, vintage sellers and brilliant artisan businesses that fit the Fierce Babe vibe.

As always, we won’t accept applications featuring AI-generated designs, MLMs or dropshipping. Everything else is fair game, so don’t talk yourself out of applying!

Summer Market photo dump 🍒🌞💞

So many lovely moments from the weekend: busy stalls, brilliant makers, happy shoppers, colourful finds, good food, little conversations happening all around the room, and our brand new book swap was super popular. It was such a joy to see all the books being so enthusiastically rummaged through 📚💖

We wanted to share an accessibility update ahead of this weekend's Fierce Babe Summer Market.

As usual, we'd arranged for an accessible toilet to be on site. Unfortunately, due to unexpected issues with our supplier's fleet, they have been unable to provide and let us know this morning. We've spent today trying to source a replacement, but despite contacting many alternative suppliers, we've been unable to secure one in time.

The venue toilets will still be available throughout the weekend, but they're accessed via a small flight of steps.

We're incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Accessibility is really important to us, which is why we wanted to let everyone know in advance so visitors can plan accordingly.

Saturday: Slice + Dice will be serving up the freshest vegan tacos and wraps

Sunday: Chim Chim are with us, bringing the best vegan Thai street food in town

Both will have an option for any GF babes!

Also ensuring we are caffeinated - Leslie Terrance home gift and garden are back all weekend with hot drinks, smoothies, iced coffees and some delicious treats (and a selection of plants for sale!) ☕️

We're so pleased to be partnering with Read Easy Norfolk for our brand new community Book Swap 📚💛

Read Easy provides free, confidential, one-to-one reading coaching for adults who want to learn to read or improve their reading, helping build confidence and opening up new opportunities.

How it works: Bring a book to swap, browse the shelves, and take home your next read. No book to bring? Choose one anyway. Donations to Read Easy Norfolk are welcome, whether or not you're swapping.

Whether you're sharing a book you've loved, discovering your next favourite read, or supporting a brilliant local cause, you'll be helping Read Easy Norfolk continue its incredible work in our community 💛

We'll be collecting donations at our Book Swaps throughout the year and donating them to Read Easy Norfolk after our final market of 2026.
