Positive Minds is a free event bringing young people, families, professionals and communities together.

Come along for free activities, food, fun and the chance to connect with others. Find out what’s happening in your area for young people, explore future career opportunities, and speak with local organisations and professionals about the support available to you.

It’ll be a safe and welcoming space for young people to be themselves, meet new people, and discover opportunities across Norfolk.

Whether you’re a young person, parent, friend or professional, there’s something for everyone at Positive Minds.

Our Sewell Park Youth Action Group (YAG) has been working on improving their eco footprint! 👣 They’ve been designing ways to reuse items they’d normally dispose of, giving them a new lease of life and helping nature at the same time 🌍

Here’s one of the designs - a bird feeder made out of a Fanta bottle 🐦 Watch this space to see what their designs turn into reality!

FUNDING OPPORTUNITY! 🎉

Norwich YAB have funding of up to £750 available for organisations who would like to deliver free activities for young people.

This funding will support projects that give young people aged 11-19 (up to 25 for SEND) in Norwich access to varying activities and clubs. ⚽🎨

We are open to indoor and outdoor activities, which are either a series or a one off.

Today we had a YAB day at Carrow Road! Starting off the day being consulted on the Good Child Index, chatting about factors that impact mental health and wellbeing for young people. 🧠

While we were here, we of course had a tour of the stadium! ⚽️ From the pitch, to the changing rooms, we learnt facts and saw how things looked behind the scenes!
