It's been all fun and games this week at ACE Rackheath... The Vocational Studies students were doing team building & looking at how we interact with each other through play. This is inline with their next unit - Childrenโ€™s Play Activities - and looking at developmental stages. The group also made play dough and went to the park.

Earlier this week, some of our Vocational Study Programme students went to Ashfields Care Home - Barchester Healthcare to help in the home's beautiful garden. The sun came out, plants were tended and tidied, hanging baskets were planted and there was some lovely conversations with the residents. All in all, a very successful visit!๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒพ๐ŸŒบ

It was a pleasure to welcome Josh Glancy, Associate Editor of the Sunday Times, alongside our Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) colleagues to meet young people in ACE Great Yarmouth today.

The visit was an opportunity to hear directly from young people and to share how we support those who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) to take their next steps.

Thank you to Josh, our DWP colleagues and the young people who shared their experiences. Working together, we can help create more opportunities for young people across Great Yarmouth.
