MAP's counselling practitioners offer a safe, confidential space, where problems can be shared, no matter how big or how small. However, anxiety around accessing counselling can be a stumbling block for many young people.

MAP can offer advice and support to young people who aim to find employment but are facing mental health difficulties that makes this a challenge.

We can support you with:
Managing sleep issues
Creating a daily routine
Developing strategies to reduce anxiety and/or low mood
Adapting to new life changes
Anything else that may be stopping you from moving forwards
