It’s - a moment to recognise and celebrate the incredible people who care for others every day 💛

We recently launched Young Carers Club at The Nest, giving children aged 8–12 who help care at home a space to relax, have fun and just be themselves.

With games, sport, creative activities and time with friends, the club offers a well‑earned break and a supportive community.

Three weeks today the third Wes Barton Memorial Match takes place at The Nest 💛

Established in memory of Wes Barton who passed away in 2022, just 18 months after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) the match will raise funds for the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation and Nelson's Journey .

Friends and family now meet on an annual basis at to remember Wes and play a football match in his honour. Over the past two years, more than £9,000 has been raised for the two charities.

The afternoon, which runs from 1pm-4pm, will include an 11-a-side football match, with activities for children and families.

It's time to take the dive 🛩️

Today, five fantastic fundraisers will be taking on a challenge of truly epic proportions - skydiving from a plane well over 10,000 metres up in the sky.

Our team will be jumping for the Foundation, raising vital funds for both the disadvantaged and those living with disabilities across Norfolk 💛
