These are 16-spot ladybirds 🐞✨

Despite their name, they can actually have between 13 and 18 spots (bit confusing!). They're one of our few non-predatory ladybirds, feeding on pollen, nectar and fungi 🍄‍🟫

Proposed Environmental Delivery Plans would allow developers to effectively 'pay to pollute', paying a flat fee for new homes while damage to nature is offset through ill-thought through environmental schemes elsewhere, regardless of whether they deliver the same benefits for wildlife 😡

At the same time, a new Water Bill could give communities a stronger voice in how water is managed and FINALLY hold water companies to account.

We're giving young people a say in how we run things! 🫨

Say hello to our new Youth Advisory Board 👋✨

They've been recruited to help plan and deliver local wildlife campaigns and initiatives and will even take part in quarterly charity Trustee meetings.

We can't wait to see what fresh ideas they bring to the table 🙌
