Afternoon tea anyone? 🥪🍰🧁🥮🫖☕️

Date: Saturday 27th June
Time: 2pm-4pm
Price: Just £8 per afternoon tea
Venue: Felbrigg Village Hall, The Green, Felbrigg, NR11 8PN.

Come and join us for our first Afternoon Tea event. For just an £8 donation (where else can you get such a bargain) 😃 you an enjoy a wonderful afternoon tea.

On the day you will have the choice of:
4 triangle sandwiches, choice of flavours,
A freshly baked homemade cheese or fruit scone with pickle or jam/cream,
A homemade sausage roll,
A piece of gorgeous homemade cake, choice of flavours,
and of course
A nice cup of ordinary or fruit tea , cup of coffee or cold drink.

We have been donated some pretty china but still need more teapots and cake stands if you have any you no longer require please let us know.

Individual items will also be available to eat in or take away.

We have a card machine 😁 and also take cash.

🍰 🧁🥮 There will be a variety of beautiful homemade cakes to choose from like:
Victoria sponge, Coffee sponge, Norfolk shortcakes, Lemon traybake, fruit cake and a chocolate creation and more.

☕️🫖🧃A variety of fruit teas, ordinary tea, coffee, cold drink cans and squashes.

😃🥰😍 And lots of happy faces to have a natter with. Come along and put a smile on your and others faces. We welcome everyone!

Raffle or Tombola – fundraising for the village hall. Please bring along a prize if you can. £1 a go.

Have a go at winning a gorgeous, modern finger knitted blanket – £2 a square.

💷 All funds raised on the day will go towards the Village Hall upkeep and continued improvements.

Donations are also welcome for our next project – fire exit pathway and signage along with tree maintenance. We have a card machine 😁 and also take cash.

We are a registered charity, trying to improve the building for the residents of both Felbrigg & Metton villages and the surrounding community for our future generations.

The hall is available for bookings weekdays and weekends. Have you got a plan for a group get together, birthday party, games night, group meetings or something like that.

We are thrilled to be working with Cromer LGBTQ+ Community to organise a Singing Workshop in the lead-up to Norwich Pride at Felbrigg Village Hall on Saturday 11th July, 2-5pm. It’s free but we welcome donations to support our work. At a time when the LGBTQ+ community and Pride feel under attack, this gorgeous afternoon will be an antidote to all the nastiness. Come along and sing with pride, sing with joy and make new friends. No experience necessary. Allies very welcome.

A fabulous first event of 2026 yesterday with our Community Café and a total of £200 raised for the Village Hall.

Thank you to everyone for their support - the committee members, volunteers, bakers, those donating raffle prizes as well as the people coming along to support us and help raise funds to help keep the Village Hall going.
