I'm currently piloting these Slow Down Art Sessions at Bunwell Village Hall as part of what Community Art Clubs CIC can offer.

The Saturday Community Art Club gets really busy, so I'm offering quieter sessions on a Monday morning for anyone with particular needs.

In addition to 18 years experience leading arts based learning session for all ages and abilitues as part of the award winning Norfolk Museums Learning Department, I have CPD certifications in Autism Awareness, Dementia Awareness, Mental Health First Aid and Trauma Informed Practice. I'm also one of Bunwell's Wellbeing Champions as part of South Norfolk's initiative.

All in all you'll be in safe hands- and don't forget, on Monday mornings carers go free!

🫖Refreshments and all art materials included
🎨£5 suggested donation for participants
🩷A warm welcome guaranteed!

Hope to see you there soon!
Rachel 😊
