ASSIST FEST!!!! 🎸🎙️🎉🎉🎉 Today from 12pm - 5pm!!!!

We're excited to say we'll have the Lord Mayor of Norwich getting things started at 12pm with officially opening our new building at our Heath Gardens. 🎍🏡🧑‍🌾

Then there's a full day of inclusive workshops and performances, raffle, tombola, BBQ, games and all round fun to be had!

Featuring our friends at No Limits Norfolk - Inclusive Dance & Accessible Arts and The Oak Circus Centre and performances from the mighty fine The Foreign Locals and the superb Dumbfoundus

This week is Volunteers Week, a week celebrating all of those who donate their time and skills to support their communities.

We support our members to access lots of different volunteering opportunities in and around Norwich, including Lyndsey (in the video below) who does an amazing job in her voluntary gardening placement at The Cathedral of St John the Baptist
