Have you noticed your mood change with the weather?

You're not alone. As the seasons shift, many people experience changes in energy levels, motivation, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Taking care of your mental health is important all year round, but seasonal changes can be a helpful reminder to check in with yourself and prioritise what helps you feel your best.

đź’™ Make time for daylight where possible
đź’š Keep connected with friends, family or any support system
đź’™ Maintain healthy routines
đź’š Reach out for support when needed

How do you support your wellbeing during seasonal changes?

This OCD Awareness Week, we're helping to raise awareness, challenge misconceptions, and encourage understanding.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is more than being organised or liking things a certain way. It's a complex mental health condition that can have a significant impact on daily life.

Let's take the time to learn, listen, and support those living with OCD.

đź’™ Educate. Empower. End Stigma.

This World Mental Health Day, we asked our Lived Experience Manager what she has learned from people with lived experience and how it shaped her to support others.

Here is a short video she created to share with you all.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, encourage conversations and show our support for everyone affected by breast cancer.

Breast cancer can affect anyone, and knowing what is normal for you can help you notice changes that may need checking.

This month, let’s:
- Check ourselves regularly
- Know the signs and symptoms
- Encourage loved ones to get any unusual changes checked
- Support those living with or beyond breast cancer
- Remember and honour those we have lost

A conversation, a check or a little encouragement could make a difference.

Together, we can raise awareness, support one another and help save lives. 🎀

Struggling doesn't always look the way we expect it to.

Sometimes it looks like feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious or alone.

But sometimes it looks like smiling, going to work, looking after your family, keeping up with everyday responsibilities and caring for the people and pets you love.

You never truly know what someone may be dealing with behind the scenes.

So let's be kind, listen without judgement and remember that struggling can look different for everyone. đź’š

Together, we can reduce stigma.đź’š

Mental health difficulties can affect anyone, at any stage of life but stigma can make it harder for people to speak openly, ask for help and feel understood.

Let’s challenge the myths, listen without judgement and make space for honest conversations.

- Talk about mental health.
- Listen with compassion.
- Support one another.
- Choose understanding over judgement.

Small conversations can create big changes.

Together, we can help create a world where talking about mental health feels safe, accepted and normal.

💚 World Su***de Prevention Day — 10 September 💙

Today is a reminder that a simple conversation can make a difference.

Check in with someone.
Listen without judgement.
Be kind.
Reach out.
Let people know they matter.

You never know what someone might be carrying behind their smile. Sometimes, simply asking “Are you okay?” can be the start of something important.

Here are some local events taking place in Norfolk.

Let’s keep the conversation going.
Let’s remind each other that hope lives here.

đź’š September is Su***de Prevention Month đź’™

Sometimes, you never know what someone is carrying behind a smile.

A simple “Are you okay?”, a listening ear, or letting someone know you’re there can make a bigger difference than you realise.

This month, let’s make space for honest conversations. Let’s check in with the people we care about and remember to look after ourselves too.

- You are not alone.
- Your life matters.
- It’s okay to ask for help.
- It’s okay to not be okay.

If you’re struggling, please reach out for support. In the UK, you can call Samaritans on 116 123, contact NHS 111 and select option 2, or text SHOUT to 85258.

Let’s talk. Let’s listen. Let’s look out for one another.
