Part of our Visible Leaders series of workshops and co-working sessions for women and non-binary social enterprise leaders.

These two-hour co-working sessions provide a supportive space to focus on your own projects, tackle tasks you’ve been putting off, and make meaningful progress alongside peers. Work on whatever is most relevant to you, whether that’s marketing, funding applications, website updates, or other practical tasks!

If you want a little inspiration or a suggested focus, each session has a practical theme to guide your work, but there is no pressure to follow it. A social enterprise expert will be present to facilitate the session, offer guidance where needed, and support peer collaboration, motivation, and accountability.

You are welcome to leave once you’ve completed what you want to achieve, or stay for the full session to benefit from peer support and shared working time.

A discussion led workshop for social enterprise leaders to explore the practical and ethical impacts and opportunities of AI.

AI is already in your organisation, whether you approved it or not. The question is no longer what is it, but how do we use it well, and where should we refuse?

This is a leadership workshop, not a tech demo. No jargon, no product pitch, no assumption that anyone in the room needs to understand how the technology works. Instead, three hours of honest, practical discussion about the decisions that sit with you: what AI can genuinely take off your hands, what must stay human, and how to put proportionate guardrails in place without drowning your team in policy.

Expect to talk, challenge, and leave with something written down. You'll go home with a one-page AI policy drafted in your own words, and one commitment you've said out loud!

🌟 Meet Circus Head CIC who’ll be exhibiting at Social Enterprise Day Showcase 2026!

📍Circus Head CIC uses coffee sales and first aid training to fund wellbeing projects and therapy for Ambulance Staff across Norfolk and Suffolk.

A collaborative, solutions-focused event to shape the next steps from our open letter to Norfolk's statutory partners.

Last year VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) organisations across Norfolk came together to write an open letter to statutory partners and funders, setting out a clear set of sector-wide asks for fairer, more transparent, and more equal partnership working.

We are bringing together VCSEs, statutory sector colleagues and stakeholders to:
Hear an update on progress made against the asks so far
Work together on practical next steps for key priority areas
Strengthen relationships and shared understanding across sectors
Keep the momentum moving as Norfolk faces a period of significant change
