Join us at the Inflatable 5K Challenge, Norfolk Showground, on Saturday 17th October (10.30am).

We are delighted to have funded five Hey Girls First Period Kits for looked after children and young people.

The kits provide essential period products and information, helping young people manage their periods with confidence while reducing the impact of period poverty.

A huge thank you to our colleague Lucy, who organised a plant sale using many of her homegrown plants to raise funds for NCH&C Charitable Fund.

Thanks to Lucy's fundraising, we have been able to purchase bespoke wheelchair-accessible planters and adaptable gardening tools for a horticultural therapy project at Norwich Community Hospital.

The new equipment will help make gardening activities more accessible, allowing more patients to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of spending time outdoors.💛

Our amazing colleagues are getting ready to take on the Inflatable 5K in support of NCH&C Charitable Fund.

Together, they have already raised a fantastic £1,363 to support projects that benefit patients and staff across Norfolk.

We have a handful of places left, with entry reduced to just £30 per person. We'd love for you to join us!

Our 'It's Almost Christmas' Charity Quiz is back again this year!

Gather your team and join us for a festive evening of trivia, prizes and fundraising on Wednesday 25th November at The Cottage Pub, Norwich.

✨ £5 per person (includes a raffle ticket)
✨ Festive dress encouraged
✨ Food available to purchase before the quiz

All funds raised will help support children's services at East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust.

Whether you run, jog, walk or even dance your way around the course, the Inflatable 5K is all about having fun while raising money for NCH&C Charitable Fund.

🎈 A look back at last year's Inflatable 5K! 🎈

From giant slides and obstacle courses to plenty of laughter along the way, the Inflatable 5K is always a fantastic day out in support of NCH&C Charitable Fund.

This year is shaping up to be another brilliant event, with our fundraising teams raising money to help enhance patient care and staff wellbeing across Norfolk.
