Yesterday was the first day of our community garden creation day here at Carrow House and we had a lovely team of very hard-working volunteers out in the sunshine beginning work on our community garden space! Thank you to them for their dedication to this community garden. This exciting new project has been made possible by a £5,000 grant from 's Love Norfolk Fund 2026. A heartfelt thank you goes out to them for making our vision possible.
If you'd like to help volunteer at our next community garden creation day, email us at [email protected] - we'd love to welcome you here.

We want to say a huge thank you to Farron at for organising such a successful recent event at Carrow House as a fundraiser to raise money for our appeal. They raised a huge amount of money towards the important bench that we'd love to have installed here - one that could help save lives in our community. In a nutshell, we are raising £2,000 to install a su***de prevention bench at Carrow House. A simple yet powerful resource offering 24/7 access to crisis support. These benches are more than just a place to sit. They are a visible reminder that help is always available, no matter the time of day or night. You can READ MORE about the appeal and DONATE using the link in our bio. Please share to help us spread the word.

Last Thursday, some of the Norwich Unity Hub team attended a preview consultation event for the Carrow Sites development. We came away feeling hopeful and inspired by the vision being shared. Projects of this scale will shape our City for generations, which is why it’s so important that local people, organisations and communities have their say. Whether you’re excited about the plans, have concerns, or simply want your voice heard, now is the time to get involved. Take a few minutes to complete the survey and help influence the future of this part of Norwich at www.carrowsites.commonplace.is/en-GB/proposals.

We're delighted to have here at Carrow House five days a week now! You can find them in our Reception area 10am until 2pm Monday to Friday, providing a delightful selection of barista-quality coffee, delicious homemade food and handmade gifts created though the project (including greeting cards and wrapping paper). They've been here for a year now and are much-loved members of our community here. Stepping Stones Project is a vibrant, not for profit charity established in 1989, providing people with learning disabilities invaluable hands-on experience in a real working environment. Students develop confidence, communication and customer service skills alongside staff in a supportive setting, helping them take important steps towards greater independence and future employment opportunities. They hope to welcome you here soon!

With the gardens now in full bloom, Norwich Unity Hub caretaker Mick has been making the most of it by bringing the outside in 🌸
He’s been picking fresh flowers and creating his own arrangements for our reception spaces and it turns out he’s pretty talented at it too.
It’s these thoughtful little touches that make such a big difference to the experience we all have at Carrow House.
Thank you, Mick, for brightening our days 💛
