We were delighted to receive £1,500 from Tesco Stronger Starts as we topped the voting in Norwich stores from April to July🥇

This funding will go towards purchasing a range of bereavement books to be able to give out to children and young people that we work with.

It could be a lap around the school field or 2k around the local village, you can choose the distance that suits you! 🏃

It’s all about having fun with your school, community group or after school club on the run up to Christmas, whilst raising vital funds.

Join in with a Rudolph Relay race, a fun-filled team challenge where speed, teamwork and Christmas spirit come together! A twist on our Rudolph Run, aimed at older children and high schools✨

Today is World Mental Health Day, giving us a chance to pause and reflect on how we can look after our mental health. 💜

Here are some ways you can help look after your mental health!

There are many things that can affect our mental health, from everyday stress and pressures to major life events such as the death of someone close to us. While we can’t always control what happens in life, there are small things we can do to support our well-being.

If you’re looking for extra support, Nelson’s Journey has a range of free resources designed to help children and young people experiencing bereavement, as well as the people around them, which can be found along with more information and support that can be found on our website.

Next month we are holding our annual Christmas Quiz, as part of these events we are looking for some unique and exciting prizes for our raffle! 🎁

We would be incredibly grateful for donations from both individuals and companies - examples of prizes we have had donated previously include unique items, signed merchandise and 'money can't buy' experiences.

All money raised will go towards keeping up with the demands of our service and supporting more bereaved children in Norfolk.
