Water Orton in Bloom This is the group that looks after the planters throughout the village of Water Orton.

Each planter is sponsored by a local business and are maintained by local volunteers.

Hello All,
As you may have noticed, the Planters are being prepared for our Summer plants. Bloomers will be out and about 23rd-24th May.
We are extremely grateful to all those Villagers who help with watering throughout the year Powell

And the shopkeepers who keep an eye on the Planters at the shops.
As you can imagine, keeping the planters alive and watered, particularly in the hot weather , is essential if we are to keep the Village blooming. If you live near one it would be fantastic if you could water it, Thankyou so much 🌻🌺🌸🌼

We hope you are enjoying the Planters around the Village- all planted up and maintained by our Bloomin Marvellous Volunteers.
Planting is due in May ( ish) and if you would like to join us( or even just keep an eye on a Planter near you- watering and dead-heading) we would be very grateful.

As we enter the Festive Season, Water Orton in Bloom would like to thank anyone who has contributed in any way to helping us make the Village bloom. To the waterers , the dead headers and everything in between 🤩
This is what we get up to, twice a year choosing plants, emptying planters and re filling with loveliness 🌼🌸
