Free seated exercises classes! Every Saturday, 10-11:30am (the classes last an hour), no skill or experience needed- beginner friendly. Small, welcoming group run by an experienced instructor. Running until the first week of August. Suitable for 16+years, and for those with mobility issues. No obligations, just come when you can… :)

This free rock music x chair fitness class on Saturday mornings at is for anyone who wants a fun, low-impact workout with extra support.

Perfect for those who

🎸 want to get fitter without the pressure of a gym

Expect great music, good vibes, cardio, strength, mobility work, and zero judgement.

***PLEASE NOTE*** The centre will be shut on Bank Holiday Monday (25th May), and there will be no Lounge on Tueday (26th May). Free packed lunches for the kids will be available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday next week between 11:30am-1pm. :)

We are on the hunt for your stories, memories, photos and newspaper/magazine clippings regarding the history of the Phoenix Centre....
These will be featured on our Past, Present and Future display at our big open day on 15th August.
You can message us, email us, call us or pop in. They can be done anonymously if you'd prefer (only first names and dates will be included anyway), they don't need to be long or super exciting, we just want to share a bit of the centre's history by creating a picture of people's experiences... 😀
