We believe that everyone has stories that can entertain and inspire those who hear them. True Stories Live aims to help people find and share their stories in a warm, supportive setting.

We offer workshops or conversat

ions prior to performances to help interested speakers discover and develop their stories, ready to perform at an event if they wish to. We nurture and celebrate intimate, anecdotal storytelling from performers and non-performers alike.

A beautiful homage to our fine City from our final storyteller, the never under-jumpered and totally fabulous Peggy Hughes. Peggy is leaving us for pastures North so it was a bittersweet finale. But do not despair, Peggy is back for Peggyoake on 23rd July. It will be a blast.
