It’s a vast continent, home to 60% of the world’s population and three quarters of all unreached people. With over 2 billion lost souls yet to hear the gospel, the task may seem immense. But we believe in the power of Jesus to transform every Asian life and consider it a joy and a privilege to partner in this work. We are providing Scripture, training and sending Asian workers, and taking action against poverty and injustice in Jesus’ name.

A massive flash flood swept through Nepal's Rasuwa district this morning, after a surge in the Bhote Koshi river (originating from Tibet) hit the area and raised water levels sharply downstream. The devastation has spread across a roughly 200km stretch with more than 1000 houses reported collapsed and hundreds of people dead or missing, including nearly 300 foreign nationals. Residents along the riverbanks have been urged to stay alert and move to higher ground.

Our partner in Nepal has asked for prayer for one of his church members who has lost her elder sister and her sister's entire family in the flooding. Thankfully, her parents were found alive, but please pray for this woman in this time of grief.

Please join us in prayer for:
• Families in Nepal who have lost loved ones and homes.
• Search and rescue efforts still underway for those missing.
• This church member's parents and relatives, grieving and facing the loss of everything.
• Safety and provision for the thousands displaced along the river valleys.
