We are looking for marshals for our lantern parade.

Volunteers meet around 3pm and es**rt the parade directly through the town centre to the centre of Barons Quay to be centre stage for the light switch on and fireworks display!

The 2nd November will once again see our Rotary and Round Table Firefest at Verdin Park. This is Mid Cheshire's biggest organised bonfire and firework display.
We are looking for volunteers to help at the following times:

Saturday from 10am until 4pm - general site set up and management

Saturday 4:30pm until 9:30pm - gate control, tickets and site management

Sunday from 9:30am - site tidy

If you are able to volunteer please email [email protected] and include in your heading the word "volunteers" and in the body of your email the details of your availability.

Full details of the event and volunteer instructions will be provided nearer the time.

There are only nine days to go until FireFest comes to town on Saturday 2nd November!

Organisers Northwich Rotary Club and Northwich Roundtable are hoping that it will be the biggest and best event yet! 🎇

Northwich River Festival

20th July!

Volunteers are required at any point between 8am and 5pm (latest). You can volunteer full time or part time, whatever suits you! Most duties will be acting as river safety marshalls and road closure supervisors. Verdin Park Music Festival will take place 9th- 11th June.

We are looking for volunteers for the following roles:

Friday 9th from 9.00 am – 3.00 pm event set up set up.

Friday 9th from 3.00 pm -11.00 pm we will need help on the bar, stewarding and litter picking.

Saturday 10th from 11.00 am -11.00 pm we will need help on the bar, stewarding and litter picking.

Sunday 11th from 11.00 am – 12.00 pm we will need help with the bar, stewarding litter picking and de rig.

If you could please let me know where you could help that would be much appreciated, once I have a better idea of volunteers then we will complete a rota for the tasks.

Cheshire Food Hub by Changing Lives Together are again doing a food box project before Christmas and where we will deliver around 2,500 boxes to families across Cheshire West (including ). To make this happen we need volunteers to build and pack the boxes and then help us to distribute them to schools.
We’ve successfully carried out this project before and know the difference it makes to families over the Christmas period.

WHEN:
• Weekdays from Mon 28 Nov through to Fri 16 Dec
• We will be running 2 sessions a day - 9am to 12 midday and then from 1pm to 4pm and we need up to 10 volunteers each session.

WHERE:
• We are incredibly grateful to Barons Quay for lending us a unit to run this project from and we'll be located on the corner unit next to River Island and across from H&M

🎄 Northwich Christmas Extravaganza 🎄

We require around 10-12 marshals to help to guide our wonderful lantern parade through Northwich on Saturday 26th November!

Marshals will be needed from 3:30pm -6:30pm at which point you will be in the centre of town, ready for the firework finale!

We are looking for a group of volunteers to marshal the Lantern Parade!

Help will also be needed throughout the weekend at the Ice Rink.

Help is required at the Firefest event!

Help is mainly required 4pm to 8pm on Saturday 5th November at Verdin Park with general set up and steward roles on the gates.

Full details and instructions will be issued ahead of the event. Volunteers will need high vis (we can provide if required) and sturdy footware and work gloves. Outdoor clothing to suit the weather.
