Join us for our monthly cooking club focused on budget-friendly meals, practical cooking skills and big flavour β€” all in a relaxed community setting.

These sessions are funded thanks to Building Greener Communities Project - just Β£2 deposit per session to book!

We’re proud to share that our colleagues at Muath Trust have opened an important space for men's wellbeing sessions.

REAL TALK is a free weekly session designed for men who may be carrying a lot and need somewhere to pause, reflect, and connect with others who understand.

These sessions are facilitated by counsellor and wellbeing coach Emil Taswar and offer a supportive environment for open conversation and self-reflection.
